Commission Terms of Service
Details
- Message me on any of my socials for inquiries or questions
- Tell me your social media if you contact me through email (AegisthusSero@gmail.com)
- Payment is upfront through Venmo, PayPal invoice, or Ko-Fi only
- Prices are baseline, it may increase ($4+) for complex designs (large props / armor / etc)
- Visual references preferred, only having written descriptions for references costs extra ($4+)
- Turnaround time can be from 1 day to 1 month+ (reasonable deadlines can be discussed)
- Ask if you want something not listed!
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, given or not
WILL DRAW:
- Fan art
- Original characters
- Humanoids / humans
- Anthro / furries / scalies
- Animals
- Ships / pairings
- Real people (with exceptions)
- NSFW (ask for details / normal style ONLY)
WON'T DRAW:
- Bigoted/hateful content (LGBTphobia / racism / sexism)
- Illegal things (pedo / incest / abuse / bestiality)
- NSFW for chibi or cheeb style or of feral animals
- Other artist's style
- Complex mecha / most robots
- Extreme gore / body horror
- Complex architecture or vehicles
Process
- I require full payment upfront (payment plans can be discussed for pieces priced at $60+)
- I send WIPs (lineart and flat colors), requested changes at these stages are generally free
- I will send you your finished commission through email (to have it in full quality)
- Minor changes (colors/small jewelry/etc) are free
- Major changes (entirely new poses/outfits/etc) will incur additional fees
- If I haven't started on your piece, you may request a full refund and cancellation if needed
- But if I have started, you may only have a partial refund
- Once the piece is done/almost done there are NO refunds
- I will give you a link to my live comm queue so you know if I've started on your piece
Copyright + Reproduction
As the artist, I reserve the right to include your commissioned work in my online pages, commission sheets, portfolios, etc. As the client, you reserve the right to display your commissioned work on your online pages if credit to me is given (e.g. putting my @ in your bio). You may also print or make merch of it for your own personal use. You may make minor changes (cropping/adding text/etc) which do not greatly alter your commission. You may NOT claim it as your own or use it commercially (selling/making money off of it).
You DO NOT have the right to mint/sell your commissions for NFT (non-fungible tokens)
You DO NOT have the right to use ANY of my art for AI-feeding purposes
